That’s Polish born actress Izabella Miko at the Hollywood premiere of the new NBC television series The Cape.
The show follows the high octane adventures of an ex-cop, who after being framed for a crime, makes himself into a masked hero.
The Lodz born and Warsaw raised Miko who studied to be a ballerina appears in six episodes of the show as an aerial circus artist.
Previously Miko appeared in HBO’s huge hit Deadwood as well as the films Clash of the Titans and Repo.
But flying caped crusaders aside, the “cape” worn by Miko to the premiere was created by Polish fashion designer Małgorzata Dudek.
Look closely because if you do you might just notice that the dress is made entirely of teddy bear eyes.
Ouch! Talk about animal cruelty.
Malgorzata Dudek is a Warsaw based fashion designer whose creations have been featured in fashion editorial as far as New York City.
She regularly dresses Polish celebrities and has even created frocks for Hollywood stars Rachel Bilson and Macy Gray. Izabella Miko is also a big fan.
We’ll tell you more about both Miko and Dudek in upcoming posts. Until then check out this Cape trailer and let us know what you think of the show.
